I would really call Matthias one of Olaf's infamous disguises, since he didn't actually dress up. Otherwise, I'd agree with the majority. But since I don't consider Matthias a disguise, then...Captain Sham. The peg leg was definitely the best way to hids the tattoo. Nobody can ask you to take off a peg leg and show your ankle, but they can with running shoes, riding boots, plastic shoes, stockings, etc.
