You need to make the Fruit Flinger: Find the fan and funnel, then find the flotation toy in the secret room behind the shelves (You have to beat up the hook-handed man) and go into the kitchen, then beat up the meatball-flinging dude. (The best policy to avoid him is to move in a semi-circle around him.) The Fruit Flinger will be made, then switch to Violet and go out of the kitchen. Target and hit the spider, then run away from the poisonous webs it shoots. look out for the baby spiders, they jump; and make sure to run and avoid the webs until the spider is dead. That's the best I can do for ya.
