It's on the trailer, and it doesn't look as funny as I thought it would.

You see Lupin in the trailor too. Right after Snape comes out with the dress. I was so mad when I saw he had a mustache. And his hair is to short and....nice. Its needs to be a bit longer and scarglier. And even though he was the freaky looking king in DragoneHeart, I think he'll still do a pretty good job. He had better, or else this is going to be one narged off Toodles.

what astounds me about all this is talk about the actors is the following...
you accept the actors you have already seen: Rickman as Snape Richard Harris as Dumbledore Maggie Smith as McGonagall Jason Issacs as Lucius Malfoy
but you have doubts about Gary Oldman as Sirius "he's not gaunt enough" "isn't he the guy from that 70's show?" "he isn't chiseled enough" "Can he act?"
you have doubts about David Thewlis as Lupin "his hair is too short" "he isn't anything like I imagined him"
it's the problem with books to movies...you always imagine some things differently than the filmmakers...
for the record, Ralph Fiennes is the best Lupin choice but David Thewlis is amazing. Go watch "Restoration"
Gary Oldman is a god among actors and I will no longer let his name be soiled. He will act rings around anybody else they possibly could have gotten for Sirius Black. They had doubts that "the guy who played Sid Viscious" could play Dracula but anyone who saw Bram Stoker's Dracula in 1992 knows better.
I've never seen a Potter movie in the theatre I wait for the DVD, but this year is different and the reason? Gary Oldman is in it.

Movies always ruin the pictures in my imagination about the book. And yet I watch them anyway, and am looking forward to the next Hp one.

Yah, and Snape looks better on the commercials. Geez, he looked so OLD in the CoS.
