jkr said tht she is almost done with the early stages of writing the novel (plot, first draft) it wont take as long as it dead from books 4 to 5. bthey were long apart because of her new baby and it was 870 pages. book 6 will only be in the 600 page range. I say maybe summer 2005.

i heard another main character dies in the 6th book, but i dunno if its true. Dude, if Lupin dies, I wont ever read Harry Potter again! I dont like that rumor. |

I think Neville is still part of the prophecy. If that is true, Voldemort will kill Harry, then neville will kill Voldemort and become a hero ;D

Dude, if Lupin dies, I wont ever read Harry Potter again! I dont like that rumor. Good, good! Lupin needs to die too, you all say how it would be so terrible if Lupin dies, that's exactly how the Sirius fancamp feels. We need to unify. And do stuff. Just glancing at the title, I knew a really cool member made this thread. We should have a thread for n00bs. So, then, they could know which topics have already been posted 100 million times. That Green Flame Torch thinger is so fake. I don't think Ron dies. I don't think Hermione dies. Because, Rowling will not let that happen. Ron should die, Harry should die, Hermione should run off with Draco, and Ginny should be kidnapped by Riddle, and they all live happily everr after. And Neville dies. I'd have to agree with that. I would read it if it turned out that way. |

What im curious about is Wormtails silver hand, Silver in myth, silver is fatal to werewolfs, dont kill moony off, he's the only true marauder left!! *Hugz* Yeah that whole 'green torch' thing is just made up, I'm sure JKR said that she hadn't even named the 6th book yet...

JKR will probably give book 7 some weird, awesome twist that no one ever suspected. I highly doubt she will just have Harry kill Voldemort and then have everyone live happily ever after. That would be BORING!  |

I actually read in the newspaper last year that in the 6th book Hermione would accidentally kill Cho Chang. I have no idea if that's true, it's just rumor.

The Green Torch thing no offense is very stupid. If Ron dies ill burn the book. As far as the whole Ginny/Riddle thing i highly doubt it. I hope its longer than the 5th one
