mmm...
I can't believe I haven't posted this before! It's always bothered me:
Where are all the grandparents?? (cept Neville's)
If Neville's gramma is still alive what about Harry's grandparents? What happened to them? Why hasn't JKR told us about them before?
Do all the Weasleys' ears turn red when the get embarassed?
Will we ever see the goblet of fire again?
Why don't wizards use some muggle stuff like electricity to make their lives easier?
Why was the ministry so unsecure that day Harry+co came? I mean, come on, they walked right in to the top secret department of mysteries, I mean, the death eaters showed that anyone could apparate in, people could've stolen time turners or something!

When draco said the death eaters at the world cup could tell halfbloods and muggleborns, was he serious? If so, how do they do it?
Why didn't the kids get in trouble for performing the lumos spell at the world cup? It was underage magic during the summer....
Why didn't fred and george get in trouble for using magic to create their "products" during the summer?(or did they?)
Are Harry and I related? Because our hair problems seem awfully similar...

I guess the Basilisk likes muggle blood better.
Maybe there was interference from the Quidditch Pitch, that's why they didn't get in trouble.
They probably used potions instead of magic.

Why not get Harry a girfriend that is not two years older than him?(meaning Cho)
Why are the books so long?
What types of owls are in the Owlery?
Do they use Burrowing owls for very small trips because they like to run?
How does the house elf in the fourth book able to use Harry's wand? i thought they could only do simple magic.
Can more than one person use the same wand?
Why then are there specific wands for each person?

How does the Ministry know when illegal magic has been performed?
Harry keeps saying that when he gets to his dormitary, he feels like he's home at last (POA, page 74). If he feels Hogwarts is his home, how does the Dursley protection thing work?
Do Boggart Dementors suck the happiness out of you like real Dementors?
On POA pages 10-11, it says that Voldemort was the worst feared Dark wizard in a 100 years. Who was more feared before him?

Did dumbledore break his nose or was it always crooked?
Is aberforth the hogs head bartender?
Why did harry have to punch malfoy for just one stupid insult?
How did Dumbledore end up arriving at the ministry early even though he wasn't supposed to know the time had changed for the hearing? Did his portraits tell him?
Why didn't fudge wear his bowler hat to Harry's Hearing?
Those are some of the most stupid little things I've yet come up with, and that's saying something.

Lupin often seems to read Harry's mind. Is he skilled in Occlumency or other mind-reading arts?

As for the wands, how did ALL of the death eaters we saw in the dep. of mysteries in ootp get wands? That's always bothered me...
Aragog prolly would have recognized harry.... The spider in the maze could have been moseg...
How long does Hagrid intend to keep grawp in the forest? Does dumbledore know about grawp? <shudders to think what the daily prophet would say if they knew about grawp>
What is the punishment for being an unregistered animagus?
Is Harry a metamorphmagus? Did someone already ask that question?

How is floo powder made?
How much did the firebolt cost? Haven't they made a better racing broom than the firebolt by now?
Howcome the best cleansweep in book 1 was a 7, but by book 5 it's a cleansweep 11? They're not supposed to make cleansweeps that fast!

Why are there so many moving portraits? If Petunia and Lily are blood sisters howcome Lily wound up a witch and petunia didn't? And why does Petunia hate lily so much? Was this sort of like the snape-james grudge? I mean sure lily can do magic but is that any reason to "sever ties" with her and treat her son like dirt? I can answer these. 1. B/c their parents were BOTH muggles, Lily just got luuck of the draw. 2. Petunia hates Lily because of jealousy. She even says so in the first book. Why is Uncle Vernon so fat and Aunt petunia so thin? They eat the same stuff. Was Dudly's diet successful? i hope it was. Why does Harry act angry the entire fifth book? Are all the hogwarts attendees from England? Is there an American school of magic later talked about in the books? Why do all the important characters have to be famous? Where was it that Sirius hung out in the begining of the fourth book? Coud anyone have seen him travel there? |

And they have to have schools in other countries because they have Quidditch teams for those countries.
