Dumbledore's words of wisdom were really random in this movie, I thought. It was like, they would be talking about cake, and all the sudden he would say, "Life is hard, young Harry." Haha, bad example, I know. Plus, this new Dumbledore is just not Dumbledore. The other one was perfect.

YUSS! That's exactly how I felt! And your hilarious example made me laugh.
He went on a badly cliched rant about dreams, I seem to remember. "Dreams are the places we explore the innermost recesses of our minds and fantasize about detention with Snape" or something to that effect. Random? Yes. Stupid? Definitely...

Awww! Why stop? After all, you always saw the kindness in people, even, and especially when they didn't even see it in themselves.

the only parts that bugged me were the ending with hi getting the firebolt, and they left oit the coolest sceen from the book, where crookshanks and sirius in dog form are martching around outside. that was cool. plus, wasn't scabbers in some tea or something at hagrids?

I really wanted to see Cho. I wanted to see Cho. One freaking closeup. And Ginny only had one line.
Hogwarts was different because it was in Scotland. And the lake was too...big.
There wasn't enough school scenes...like regular classes, like Potions, or Transfiguration or Charms.
And the grounds were'nt green enough.
I think the director thought that many people would have already read the book, so they would know the backstory. But I want the backstory.
And the firebolt thing...at the END?! And where was Christmas?!

exactly. And I also liked the other dumbledore better. And why the heck did they have Harry seeing pettigrew on the map? That DID NOT happen. And they didn't have dumbledore say ANYTHING. He didn't say, "well done" or what he actually said in the book after harry and hermy saved beaky and sirius. They just made him act stupid: "did what? Goodnight." That just bothered me.. They messed up trelawney's prophecy too, would it have been that hard to have trelawney say the same thing she said in the book I mean come on... But the movie did have its good parts.

My two main concers (since it would take way to long to type them al): 1: Lupins mustache....Lupins does not have a mustache. Everything else about him was perfect, but the words "Lupin" and "mustache" dont go together.
2: Neville must have been on a slim fast diet or something because he was skinny and that was annoying. You could barely tell it was him!!

I WAS GONNA ADD THAT, TOO, BUT I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO PHRASE IT! He seemed like a senile crazy person. "Learn, you must, young grasshopper, from the wind and the sandwiches, because they hold the Light of Truth." The director didn't add anything that was important, just some CGI scenes and stupid-ass comic relief things.
