Haha, that'd rock if you made me some too. Anyways, I go to this convention every year: www.ndk.cc/dealers/ Except I didnt go last year, but I've been going for the past three, maybe four years. It's really fun, and they have costume contests and art contests...but it's only once a year which sucks...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! You went to LOTR dressed up! You are *so* my e-big sister, I'd be/am jealous of you. (ahhhh so cool) I wanted to dress, I don't remember what happened but I didn't get to. Some of my friends did wear capes that look like the ones you guys have except they were orange. You're my e-hero now. My one friend (coincidentally, the one dressed as Merry in the picture) almost didn't get to go, because it was a late showing... she and her mom assumed her dad would say "no," but then later he got home and apparently saw how much she was angsting, or just realized how much planning had gone into the thing, or something, and was like, "No, she can go..." So after telling the guy getting the tickets to not get a ticket for her, I had to go online and go to fandango and create an account in order to get a ticket for her... and it's a good thing I did, because they were sold out at the theater. It was just like in a commercial: Person right before me tries to buy a ticket, they're sold out. I step up, say I got tickets on Fandango, and get to go see the movie while the other person is all forlorn and such. Anyways... coincidentally, ROTK opened on my b-day... as does ASOUE this year (I wonder how a person would dress up for that...). I'll be going to Otakon (www.otakon.com)... biggest convention on the East Coast, or so I'm told. It's my first big anime con, so I'm very excited.

Yep, it's in Baltimore, MD. For the West Coast, there's Anime Expo, I believe. And they have Tomokazu Seki coming... he's my... *counts on fingers* third or fourth favorite voice actor, I think... it depends on my mood (Koyasu Takehito is #1, and is the only one that remains constant). But he's the idol of my friend who I'm going to Otakon with, so she's kindof upset that we're going to the wrong big con (i.e. the one without Seki)... and she's hoping since he's in the US, he'll hang out for a while and show up at Otakon.

Blah *jealous* jealous* jealous*
Well who would you dress up as at the ASOUE movie? Violet you could have a purple dress and *not* put your hair in weird braids and wear fish nets. You could just do a tasteful ponytail. Olaf would probably be a challenge.
Well couldn't you just travel to the East Coast?

If I can find a purple dress, I think I'm going to dress up as her. My friends already know I love ASOUE, a few of them called me when they saw the prviews on tv to tell me about the movie.

It was funny, because when my friend found out about the ASOUE movie, she started telling me, then was disappointed to find out I knew already... I pointed out that now she knew how I felt when I thought I had discovered some huge anime news story, and she knew all about it already (which is usually the case).

Ha, I didn't tell my friend cause I knew she'd be disapointed, I always get all the tv gossp before her.

If only...
Family reunions sound fun, I've never had one because my family is too big, it would be impossible.

Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever been to a family reunion at all. Ever.

Asmodeus, I'd be honored if you were my e-brother! Kimia, why am I only your cousin, and not your sister?
