I made it - I think I should know what it's called. And anyway, if you're using Firefox, right-click either image and it'll say "View Background Image".

That's called a border. Sorry, I was confused. That's not a border, that's a background. If it was a border, it would've been done with simple table usage, and it would look good for all monitors and pixel settings. It looks terrible on my computer. I think we should go back to the original background.

I like this one as opposed to yesterday's, though I don't really think we should have a border.

I kinda like it. I can see how it would mess up people who don't have 1024 x 768, though.
And for the record, if the browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer, if you right-click it, it gives the option to "Save Background As" or "Copy Background." So, I agree that background is the proper term. Also, since it's a large picture that goes across the screen, rather than two smaller pictures on either side, that would make it a background. Just because the majority of the background is black, doesn't mean it isn't there.
