Like him. Or that's the idea, anyway...

I think we need to add pseudo before intellectual.

At least it's out in the open now. I think we'll all feel better.

Yes! Yes! A thousand times, yes! I will join! I will wield Walter and Capt will be a wolf for battle! Shall we all have christened swords, or unique weapons! But J, the pen is mightier than the sword.Ok. So, Walter, will be a pen instead. A glorious fountain pen, with flowing ink that sends of noxious fumes, a fine nip so sharp that it can kill a man, a nice grip, so you can get a firm hold on it when you jab it into someone's skull... Let's not forget about the parchment...made from human skins...This is sort of like the 667 Liberal Brigrade you started a while back, only this isn't crappy.

Walter is quite pretty, and looks dangerous indeed.
If anyone's interested, I have a letter opener that looks like a golden, jeweled sword. But like J I would prefer to use a pen in battle--a crow's quill.
Ennui, the man who looks like you is quite attractive.

They're lovely drawings, by the way. And I myself would prefer a sword, although I will always keep matches with me. Why be an intellectual snob if you cannot flame the lessers?

How about a flaming sword? Please, Captiosus, be realistic. For God sake, it's PSEUDO intellectual. In case you hadn't thought about it, when one is an intellectual snob, one is not going to degrade oneself by adding the prefix "pseudo."

One must be a true intellectual to call oneself intellectual without the prefix "pseudo."

One must be a true intellectual to call oneself intellectual without the prefix "pseudo." Perhaps you have forgotten the "snob" part? Being, as we are, snobs, we consider ourselves to be true intellectuals. Your opinion doesn't even enter the equation. Now stop being so silly, and go and play with your friends.

But what is an intellectual, really? Even true intellectuals would be considered by some pseudo-intelluctuals simply 'because.' Also, fluffybunny, do you consider yourself an intelluctual?

I am not intellectual, but I am related to some uber intellectuals who just happen to be snobs and those uber intellectual snobs who live in the same house as I have friends who are uber intellectual snobs and my friends are related to uber intellectuals who just happen to be snobs who are friends with uber intellectual snobs and so on and so forth. I know an intellectual snob when I see one.
