It is really funny, well only because of Ellen Degeneres (sp?), I think her character is the one that makes the whole movie worth seeing.

and your basis of comparison was two other Pixar films...which is a very telling statement.
Namely, Pixar is so ahead of the competition that the worst you can say about their flicks is "it wasn't as good as Toy Story".
I love Nemo, and my 3 year old loves it...which is most important.
Speaking of which, "The Incredibles" should be just that. Incredible.

My 3 year old step-daughter likes it a lot. She's obsessed. She even has the game for Game Cube. It's ok, but I've seen it too much, and I think Ellen's character is annoying.

I don't think it's overrated. I love Finding Nemo. Dory is the best. Maybe except for Flo.
It's better then Monsters Inc. but I haven't seen Toy Story in ages.
"Don't be silly. Whales don't eat clownfish-they it crill. Ooh...look, crill!"
"I will call him Squishy and he will be mine. And he will be my squishy. Come here little fella....Ow...bad squishy, bad!"
FROM TOY STORY:
"Wow, we're flying!" "Flying? No, this isn't flying. It's falling-with style!"

I love Finding Nemo. It's definatly not overrated. The best characters were Crush and Bruce. Dory was cool but I liked them better. My 3 year old niece loves it too I think.

i thought it was kinda boring...not many jokes...just more cutsey stuff. i didnt hate the movie, i just thought it didnt keep up with the greatness of most of the other disney/pixar movies.....i dont see why its getting so much hype though, it's nothing special.

I enjoyed it. I liked the fact that there were good jokes, if you new what to look for (i.e. various Monty Python references, a reference to an older Disney movie, a couple of the Marx Brothers are mentioned, etc).
It makes me cry at one point, too (it's weird, for most of my life I didn't cry at movies, but I've started to during the past couple years), so if nothing else, that shows it's an emotional film.

I LOVE THAT MOVIE! If anything, I think it was under-rated! No, scratch that, I think it was properly rated. Maybe you just don't have the proper taste in your cartoons. Grrrrgh! LOL.

theres no way it was better than monsters inc or toy story, and they werent near as popular as finding nemo (but they were very popular).
