Madame DiLustro is mentioned in TRR p. 27. She is the hostess who flies into a rage if you arrive even five minutes later than her invitation states.
Lemony states in TMM p.73 that he droppped a crystal ball belonging to a Gypsy fortune teller, and that the ball shattered into a great many pieces. No name was given for the Gypsy.

There isn't anything in the series that links the names Olivia (or Lulu) and DiLustro. Sure, one's a first name needing a last name and the other's a last name needing a first name, but that's just something they have in common. There's plenty of other names in the series that are in a similar state. Mr. and Mrs. Baudelaire for example.

Good for you and thank you for sharing the idea. It's that sharing that keeps this board moving and thinking. If you get the impression that new thoughts get quashed here, you'll stop sharing and we'll miss out. Keep 'em coming!

TCC p. 117 "... the carnival where I had stayed with my brother so many years ago... "

I don't believe there's anything regarding Madame DiLustro in TEE, just the one comment in TRR.
