HA, the gashley crumb tinies. An alphabetic list of gory children deaths. Great. One of my all-time favorite books. I was going to get a tattoo of cover some years ago, but ultimately I decided that it's probably not smart to brand oneself with the image of death sheltering a bunch of children under an umbrella.

I've read Half Magic and The Bears' Famous Invasion of Sicily. Both are nice, but I prefer Half Magic.
BTW. What's he holding in his hand?

When my mom read Half Magic to me and I was just a wee little eight-year-old, I planned what to do if I ever found a magic coin. :-D
