"Is cool"... that's a laugh and a half! And, uh... GO CANADA! I agree with swans that the books would be nowhere near as interesting without all the allusions and stylistic narration and the like. And Volunteer, I know EXACTLY what you mean. Fortunately, most of my friends also like to analyze things until we just get silly and don't know what we're talking about anymore...

No... there's sort of French, but it's a different French than France-french, 'cause... it's different. Quebecois french is sort of lazy part-english french. I guess there's probably a PEI-type accent, but I don't know what to call that...

Potatoes were originally grown by incas in the peruvian mountains, and brought over to Europe with Pizarro's people. But what's this Bud the Spud song? I'd like the hear the words.

Yeah... I don't really know much about it myself, it was just something my Dad used to sing whenever he was cooking something with potatoes. *shrug*

British people are cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even if we're a book behind. But I've got the carnivorous carnival so I know everything you know. I bet Ike's alive. But who do you think the survivor of the fire is?
