You probably already know this, but the name "Flacutono" anagrams to "Count Olaf", as do the false names used by the other henchpersons in THH. I suspect that the missing bit of text said "whose name was an anagram". It's hard not to notice. Hmm... Would it say that even if the article didn't mention the name "Flacutono"? I still say Handler was teasing us with the hope of some actual information about the troupe. Edit: This is getting so dull.

I believe the accident was AFTER the Baudelaires visited the Lucky Smells Mill COS: since Jaques and Quigley where in monty's house, it was either when the baudelaires where with Josephine, OR, which is more likely, after they had left and where in the academy or something like that...
