i haven't posted a theory in a long time so i have no idea if this has been discussed (it probably has) but if you look at the family tree, J and K's limbs are really close together, practically coming out of the same branch. i think this might imply that they're twins, maybe even identical twins like duncan and isadora, which would work cause almost everything in these stories are interlinked with each other. what do you think?

I think that, Jacques being a boy and K being a girl, they're fraternal twins if twins at all.

how do you figure that? cause duncan's a boy and isadora's a girl and they're identical. Triplets occur in the general population about once out of every 8100 pregnancies. They can develop in one of three ways: From a single zygote that splits into three (identical or monozygotic triplets) all of the same sex From 2 zygotes, one of which splits (identical twins and a singleton) From 3 separate zygotes In the latter two cases, the triplets can be the same or different sexes. like Egofoto said, it's possible to have two identical babies and a fraternal third in a set of twins. Identical twins are always the same sex because their genes are exactly the same. Fraternal twins can be so close in appearance, only a genetic test can determine what kind of twin they are.

I know of two sets of twins who were fraternal, yet identical. The Olson twins *shudder* are one of those pairs.

Yeah, cause I think it says something like on the 2004 calendar that their birthdays were on the same day, indicating, well, SORT'VE, they are twins. It's some evidence they might be twins.
