It's good, it doesn't tell you much about Lemony himself, but it does tell you stuff about the series in general, it tells you about a secret code that VFDer's use, it has pictures of the VFD eye and a transcript from a VFD meeting. If you like trying to figure out all the little mysteries in the book, then yes, you should read it.
And even if you don't, you should read it anyway.

OMG READ IT! There's SO much information in the Autobiography that you try to piece together in your mind, but never can put together!!!! LOL Basically, the Autobiography probably has every single secret of the Baudelaire books hidden SOMEWHERE in it, but none of us can piece it together. GET THE BOOK! There's useful information in there! The ending is great!

I'm sorry, but just wondering..how could you say that? It's really good, you reeeeally need to buy it rach, it's awesome, and it's also good to buy it cause if you need to check back in it about something, you have it right there with you, handy to reach for. It gives lots of little clues to piece together, and though it doesn't really say anything straigh OUT...it's really useful, and good enough to buy. So buy it.

it has all these random pictures in stuff. Did you even try to read it? I'm just wondering, cause if you don't even try to like, piece everything together, and take notes on it, and just kind of flip through it, it's stupid. You have to pay very close attention to everything it has in it. You can't just like, kind of...go through it. You have to take notes 'n stuff, or..it DOESN'T make any sense, and is stupid. If you think I am, I'm not, I don't mean to badger you about stuff, I am just wondering.

Jesus it rocks... possibly my second favorate written by the Mr. Snicket.
I had to annotate the Intro though.... damn confusing... I mean more so than the rest of the book... well that isn't exactly what I mean either actually...
It's confusing, but understandable if you get that. >.>;

hehe, it seems you're someone who thinks the LSUA is an actual autobiography, like I was until I bought it...
It is a top book and contains a lot of secrets that help in the solving of the mysteries! You'll learn a lot more about VFD in there too!
