What? I wouldn't mind it if I only KNEW what in the world it was for, but I'm completely in the dark and as far as I can tell, this is just ridiculous. I'm awaiting PMs from various regarding the theme days, and now I have no way of getting to them.

I corrected the ban around 1:00 p.m. eastern today. I have no idea what's going on as well, but ADR appears to think that you "abused her account." What? Anyways, I PMed her telling her about it and I haven't gotten a reply yet. You're okay for now, Linda.

You did pretend to hack into ADRs account didn't you after you got your Gmod powers? ADR might think thats worth a temporary ban. Jemima you really shouldn't fix it if it was intentional, thats ADRs decision not yours. Anyway if that is why you were banned then she should have notified you anyway and if thats not the reason then I don't know what is.

I thought ADR's punishment for Linda's "hacking" was to take away her G-mod power. And that was what, a week or more ago? It doesn't seem related that out of the blue she should disable her account too.

Well it was the only thing I could think of that it would be for. ADR had just given Linda the power and if she was going to abuse it and use her power against the admin then obviously it needed to be taken away. But maybe that wasn't a punishment it was taking away power from someone who didn't deserve it anymore. The punishment is the temp ban.
I like Linda a lot but screwing with ADR was pointless and stupid yet we're all "no Linda did nothing wrong" just because we like her.

Um, Linda did do something wrong, Panny, and I like her. I think that taking away her powers was enough. Surely ADR would have told me that she was temporarily banning Linda for a week. It's irrational to do suddenly ban someone without reason. Bella should have entered it into the Hall of Records if she was going to ban Linda.

You think that taking away her powers is enough but you're not the admin. ADR doesnt always notify us before she does things but shes the admin and you're not. You should have at least made sure its okay with ADR to unban Linda before you did. It sounded like ADR temp banned her for a reason from what you mentioned earlier in this thread. Just because you have the power to unban her doesnt mean you had the right.

i remember talking with adr
there was the removal of powers and also a week ban, that was considered a reasonable punishment for what happened
perhaps she just worked out how to do the ban
should you really be going over ADRs head by 'correcting' the ban jem?

I hope I dont have to explain anything. Instead you should all just thank me for letting Linda stay this week to finish the theme week - which she did a great job with!! Its only temporary dont worry. I dont know why I am so kind hearted. I think that anyone else who had their account assaulted and themselves threatened would have banned her forever. Luckily Im not like that  |

I don't think she did wrong because I don't think she did wrong, not because I like Linda. If I knew of a way to get ADR out of power, I'd do it, as well. Unfortunately, I don't, so I guess we'll have to live with it. Maybe she'll become a good admin eventually. She's pretty young, after all. |
