I have the art program GIMP,and I was wondering how you slow dow the flash on animated hraphics.I know you have to raise the mms (100 mms,etc) but exactly where/what do you click to change it?

If you get the Layers window thing open, it should have in brackets next to each layer "(100ms)". Change it to whatever you want. Or, if you want, when you go to save it as a .gif, it'll ask you what you want to set the unspecified layer times as. Which will usually change all of them.
