Sorry for the big delay, guys. I have become what I hated most. Although, I have finally finished it, and will eventually write a prologue wrapping it all up.
-----------------------------------------------
When they found him, they were all speechless. It was dead silent in the room, save the thud of PJ’s knees hitting the ground, as he fell down in utter horror. Dupin couldn’t look at the dead corpse of his former mentor. He had always looked up to Dante, and had the uttermost respect for him, and now he was dead, having been murdered, by the one he trusted the most.
Antenora had invited Dante out to lunch, in a very nonchalant way. She had told him, “Meet me in Disturbing Discussion, I have some business to polish off, and then we can go out to Café Salmonella.” Dante went to Antenora’s office, and knocked on the door, but there was no answer. He figured she was deep in some work, and wasn’t paying attention. He knocked once more. No answer. He turned the doorknob, and had taken to steps, when he felt this sudden surge of pain in the back of his head. He saw her, and the bat (picture) she had just hit him with, just seconds before he blacked out. What Antenora did after this, is unknown.
However, what is known, is that Phillip Jucker later hunted down Antenora, and killed her, in a manner too grotesque to write down. Afterwards, he locked himself away, in an abandoned building in 667, and went mad, hating himself for not finding Dante earlier, and Phillip Jucker never saw the light of day again. He was a prisoner to his own flesh.
