I'm sorry.
My schtick as Frederick the Great was painful on so many levels. First off, I had to insult talented people—GreySnicket, Libby, Erik, people who posted their pictures on the Post Your Picture thread, Tigerclaw and a freaking amazing picture of a dragon, and many, many others in Frederick's greeting thread. I tread onto dangerous territory by acting in Sardonic Series, the land controlled by Dante and Antenora. Dante and Antenora, as I've learned on many occasions, are darn good at their jobs.
It was painful because it was bad. It lacked subtlety, it lacked humor—I shamed Sam, PJ, Shruti and Eoghann, whom I've recently come to notice and respect. It was short lived, it was pathetic and weak, and I had nothing but good intentions—which, as we all know, are what pave the road to hell.
I've had a long career as creator of ghostnics. The first week I was at 667, we were being invaded by Mario, a person of unbelievable and probably fake stupidity. I wasted no time in creating a brother account, Luigi, and joined in the fun. There had been an infamous newbie attack a few weeks prior that I heard about but never witness: the attack of the berries. It was a time when 667 was virtually untrodden by newbies, and ghostnics were fresh. Since then, there have been many ghostnics, by Sam, by myself, by Robert; Guidecca and The Best of the Best are notable names, too. I've forgotten most of the ghostnics, which at the time caused a vague amount of fun and a feeling of unity amongst the 667ers. But I believe it's time for me to retire. Frederick has shown me that. I will have to think of new ways to add fleeting excitement. It's going to be hard. Thinking has never been my strong point.
Ah, hell. Amuse yourselves. With your polls about eggs and whatnot. It's not my job.

Welcome to Jem's Random Article! The column where Jemima talks about anything that happens to be on her mind. This week, the topic is:
BASS GUITAR.
I am learning bass guitar. Why? I want to be in a band, with a really cool band name, and I want to be the frontress. It would be a blast to have fans, tour everywhere, and get money from it all. Very good life dream.
I find the bass guitar to be invigorating, exciting, and wildly free. Normally, people will pick up the bass guitar because it was easier than lead, livelier than rhythms, nicer than the drums, and because they can't sing. I will tell you that I can sing. You have heard my voice before. I would love to sing in a band, but I feel that if there is only one singer and there are other band members for guitar that can sing lead, the lead singer should not be there. The lead singer is kind of... a waste of space. I am not saying that lead singers are utter crap, but minimizing a band's size can be good. The Pussycat Dolls do NOT need six singers on the stage during a show. Well, I mean, they barely have talent anyway, but you get my point. No band should need more than one main singer, unless they were going a cappella. And were actually good.
ANYWAYS back to basic bass guitar. How does a one work? A bass guitar has a long neck, the riffs, the bridge, and the amplifier. The regular bass has four strings, being E, A, D, and G. There are types that can have the six strings of a lead guitar, but normally it will have the four. The strings are plucked or slapped. When plucked, you must alternate your index and middle finger. THAT'S HOW IT GOES. So don't use your thumb, your pinky, or your ring finger. Unless, you got in a dreadful accident and lost your index and middle finger. Then you would use the pinky and ring finger.
Bass can be one of these two: easy or knock-out amazing. Usually, bass is like this:
E
E
EEE
G
E
EE
G
G
A
A
E
F
E#
E
G
G

GG

and then song end. If you want something awesome like a solo, or the song is just all-over complex, you could get something like this:
D
C
C
GA
G
CCCCCC
GGG
G
A
C
A
B
B#
BBBB
EEEEEE

AG

FF

Solos can be mind-blowing, like that. If you are not a musically literate person, I hope your mind was not blown away by all of those random letters and number signs you saw.
I would love to say that my bass guitar hero is Flea Gonzalez, a.k.a. Michael Balzary/Flea of Red Hot Chili Peppers. He is the one that got me into the bass. Due to the fact that my sister also got me into other bands with cool basses, I discovered how stimulating it is, and decided to take it up.
Bands can go without the bass guitar, though it really helps. Look at The White Stripes. They were basically successful without a bass player, but as soon as Seven Nation Army hit the scene, they really got success. Proves how much a bass can help.
I really don't know many bands that are popular today, seeing as my mom tried to block MTV (which is stupid anyway) and VH1 (not as bad, but still-- give us some videos in the day and not during the early hours of school, when we are not home). We do not buy the extended cable network to get Fuse, and Urge. ;-; Oh well, I'll live and I am anyway.
I will say, though, that all the songs that have gone mainstream have the bass guitar highly embedded in it. I will theorize that without the bass, they probably wouldn't have made it in as easily.
The bass is the basic base of, basically, bands, and brothers all around the band of the music binding and bonding with the body of bass enthusiasts and the best of the base's basses of the world.

667 is home to three, possibly even four, mildly talented people. One of the extremely talented members is Robert--he is not only known for making newbies dampen their pants whenever he's within a 700 mile radius of them, but he's a talented writer, rapper and graphic designer artist person. His quick wit transfers to his incredibly creative and well-written stories, his raps make even rap-haters bow down with respect, grudgingly admitting “OK, OK, there is some art to this...sort of” and his talent with literature is only matched, and even surpassed, by his skills in both art and programming.
Sometimes when people are bored, they make polls about eggs, or wallow in self-pity. Apparently, when Robert's bored, he programs games and draws amazing, professional-looking pictures of Mario and company. Though he has always been a talented artist, recently he has become frighteningly good at the craft. He developed a reputation as a newbie slayer, and one of the most skilful and effective ones, at that; however, he has a nice side, and would probably make a great moderator. In addition, his biting, brutally honest quips are just one facet of Robert and his awesomeness. He's a famous rapper, at least by 667 standards, and has combined his passion for rap and gaming by making a rap about games. Occasionally, he will grace 667 with his excellent, gripping stories. In addition, he's been a loyal sub-editor of The 667er
Whether it's developing a great story, busting mad rhymes, or slicing an idiot in half with two or three words, Robert commands respects, and is one of the most respected and awesome members of 667.
Look at Robert's pictures here.

You see these tears rolling down my cheek?
They're burgundy blood red, and I'm not feeling meek
You're so fine and so divine
I cannot stand your violet weeping anymore
A beautiful score
Amazing bass beats
Jumping raises new feats
Sweet, savoury blue eats
Blue bells, the flowers in the snow and the dew
The sun stops so few
Hot, sweating, fast treats
Pulses running high
I feel like I can fly
I do not wonder why
Tears aren't for when we cry
The world is passing by
Painted skies of cerulean, coral, and orchid
The artist does not ever forbid
Anything goes for art's sake
Anything that the genius can take
He will admire
It's the people's desire
Inspiration is the key to imagination
Art will always be around
Feelings in art are mostly sound
To believe that this piece of trash is another man's treasure
I'll keep this piece of salsa forever
The little things in life are what we like
That cruddy, old bike
Sits lone on the street
But it's a child's memory
Maybe his name is Emory
Ah, fidelity
No more frowns, I'm so sick of it
Don't ever never give me credit
I gave you love
My peace resembles a dove
Don't you dare shoot it
You'll make it die
It won't be able to fly
Does peacefulness cry?
Maybe it cries burgundy
Or maybe it cries jet black
Possibly snow white
What a terrible flight.
Peace does not cry, nor does it mourn
Happiness, every day, is reborn.

Hi all.
667’s been really boring this week. Shame on you lot. ):
Well, have a nice Monday. I have a holiday, because of our sports day [it was on Saturday; the next school day is always a holiday].
And be more interesting!
Peace out,
Akbar.
