Why do you bother to rhyme? Does it not waste your time? Although, I guess me posting thrice, Wastes my time, however, it may be nice...

Rhymes waste my time but I find them amusing Compared to such ways that I could be losing Brain cells huffing paint, doing dope or cocaine. Poems just make me look irrevocably lame. I've been doing a lot of poems lately. I wonder why.

I made some about being a prostitute, subsequently getting AIDS, cryogenics, Livejournal, DeviantArt, and now I'm starting on a long long poem about my friend Ed and his boyfriend Patrick. I might put 'em up in Chaotic Creativity when I'm done.
Here's the Livejournal one, because I think it's good:
"Livejournal's good if you feel the need To let the whole world know just what you feed On each day, and how badly you put upon airs To be sternly reminded that nobody cares."

J has changed her name, yet again. What nick name is this, number ten? Why can't your nick names be limited to one? I know why! Because changing them is fun!

Homosexuality isn't a choice. They can speak up- they have a voice. But instead they decide To sit there and take all of this crap like it was pride.
...
Okay, I'm done now.

Homosexuality isn't a choice. They can speak up- they have a voice. But instead they decide To sit there and take all of this crap like it was pride. ... Okay, I'm done now. "They're homosexual pussies!" ol' Tyler proclaims. "An oxymoron it is, but it's true that their aims To get 'em some spines in the form of some pride Have been twisted and turned into the word 'lied.'" "Shut yourself up," all the gays now shout out. "We're the ones, and not you, who took the time to come out Of this closet we're in, with our marches, parades And support for the numerous people with AIDS." For how can you say that they only decide To take, cough cough, this "crap" in the form of some pride? In addition, I say, my leet skillz have been honed To the point where I say that your poetry's OWNED. [EDIT: Crap, I think that, reading over some more of Tyler's posts in the gay marriage thread, I may have misinterpreted his verse. So I will keep this up just because it's an okay poem, but I mean no meanness towards him since his point got muddled in my weird ol' mind.]
