A continuation of Campaign dirt.
So Miss Lord of the Rings fanatic....What was The Battle of the Morannon? When did it happen?
well i'm either thinking when aragorn went to the black gate and battled there OR in the simallarion, i think there was a battle called that. it was the fifth battle i think but don't quote me on that..... lot of people died in it. only chapter i remember really well was about turin turambar. wow, was that depressing.... nothing could go right for that guy....
If you remember your Tolkien, and I do of course, like Christopher Lee I read the series annually...Two days after the Battle of the Pelennor fields, Aragorn led forth an army to challenge Sauron at his own Black Gate. (1000 Calvary 6000 Infantry as you may remember...) The date as I mentioned was March 25, T. A. 3019
i didn't know the date ;D i'll admit to that
is it my question? here www.msnbc.com/news/668111.asp?cp1=
take the quiz
I will accept your answer as correct, as I asked two questions and should have only asked one....as such, a question for a question...no quizzes prepared for others, only you and I making questions for you and I to answer....is this acceptable?
BTW: I re-took the quiz-
Thanks for taking our quiz. You answered 90% of the questions correctly.
what I missed for the second time:
9. Which is not a Tolkien scholar?
Colin Manlove is not correct.
The answer is Michel Delving. Michel Delving is a place in the Shire; Bilbo kept his mithril coat in the museum there.
why did I miss it?
I refuse to believe someone would live their life with the last name "Manlove"
