Yeah. I knew that would catch your eye. Unfortunately, there will be no Hobbit movie (unless Mr. Jackson will say otherwise in a pleasently surprising teaser on RotK EE, but he's doing King Kong next). But for those who didn't know, Mr. Latham has made a splendid trailer of his own to at least start shading in his hopes and dreams, using footage from Fellowship of the Ring, and for the Smaug scenes, clips from Dragonslayer (my friend pointed out that out to me (I checked, BTW, he was right), but that part looks like it could have been one hell of a Lake Town raid). In addition, Latham made a Return of the King fan trailer, using a lot from the already-released official trailer, a little of stuff I've not seen, and a bit from TTT EE. This man is good.

Never mind. I found it. It's O Fortuna from Carl Orff's Carmina Burana if anyone else wants to know. The recording he used is from the CD by the Opera Babes. Keep on proudly obsessing people!

You are evil. Really. No, I know that's harsh, but you have nooo idea how excited I got when I saw the title, and then all I get is some fake trailer. Good, but fack. I want a REAL one. Give me a REAL one. Please. Come on New Line, you know you want it as badly as I do!
