Discuss your favorite childhood toys here. They can be toys you had, or didn't have but wish you did. I used to collect My Little Ponies. I had a ton, but most of them ended up either half buried in our backyard or in our bathtub. My mother had to throw them away after they started to smell. I was a huge fan of Thundercats as well. Jackalman was my favorite and I had went through two action figures (the first one I ended up losing). Obviously Little Emma didn't do well in caring for her toys back then.

I had a lot of Barbie dolls. I would give them names and personalities. I didn't care that they have unrealistic proportions.

I used to play with Lego stuff all the time. It was the best. I collected G.I. Joe, action figures, Matcbox/Hot Wheels cars, playsets, stuff that an average little boy would want. Oh, and I consider many books I read to be toys, too. I enjoyed reading as much as I did playing.

Used to have a mother lode of Matchbox cars back in my childhood days, although I often end up mangling or dismantling them, much to my parents' disappointment.

Oh, and I consider many books I read to be toys, too. I enjoyed reading as much as I did playing. My younger brother had so many Legos (he would leave them on the floor and our mother was always stepping on them XD), as well as Matchbox/Hot Wheels cars. And it's wonderful you considered books to be toys, too. Why shouldn't they be? Used to have a mother lode of Matchbox cars back in my childhood days, although I often end up mangling or dismantling them, much to my parents' disappointment. As a child, my brother dismantled stuff all the time, and afterward would put it back together the way it had been before he'd taken it apart. We could never figure out how he did it.

Pokemon cards. Like so many before I sold them for some reason. Dx
I think that's it though, I was mostly on my bike or around the neighborhood.

I had tons of bootleg action figures, and I had Legos too. I had a few cars, and I collected toys that came inside Kinder Eggs.

@tiago: I've seen those Kinder Eggs commercials on Youtube - they're freaky in a really hilarious way. I had a Pocket Rocker that I got for my tenth birthday. It came with a tape that played Manic Monday and Walk Like an Egyptian. I remember my friend and I fought over which song to listen to. She wanted to hear Manic Monday, while I liked Walk Like an Egyptian. XD
