I haven't time to read both chapters now, but I did read Chapter Seven, and it was GREAT. Thank you! Thank you very much! ;D No, it was just a random name. I'm surprised you made that connection! Actually, they don't. Well, I didn't write any scenes where they are reunited. So I assume they meet "off-screen." I know! I was cracking myself up when I was writing it. I like the bit where Jerome puffed out his chest like a superhero. Hahahaha! ;D I love that line, too! It's one of my favourites! God, he's so adorable!! ;D

No, it was just a random name. I'm surprised you made that connection! Ah, okay. And yes, I'm surprised I did, too (usually little details like that go right over my head, LOL). I think part of why I made the connection was because I'd wanted to name an ASoUE OC - or it might have been a canon character who's first name was unknown, I can't remember this far down the line - Georgina, but then abandoned it when I remembered Georgina Orwell. That isn't to say, though, that I disagree with your decision to name your character Georgina. I'm glad you did, because I think it's a great name. Yes! I loved that part, too! I'm actually surprised my head didn't explode from cuteness overload! He is! Just one of the many reasons why he and Jerome make such a great team. It's too bad they didn't meet in the canon, but A Series of Romantic Events certainly makes up for it.

Well, I just read Chapter Eight, and, just like Monty and Jo would say of their relationship, it was everything I dreamed it would be! I'm not sure why - it's one of those things that's near impossible to explain - but I've always found this to be the second most adorable trait in pregnant women, next to the belly. ;D I find it funny the way Jo is so against the two names that we all know she and Monty will eventually decide on for their children. It'll be interesting to see what it is that will change her mind. I liked Rose until she began harping on the age difference between Monty and Jo. Some people just have no manners! Besides, couples consisting of older men and younger women are incredibly common - you'd think people would have gotten over the shock of it by now. I was, however, greatly amused by this exchange between Monty and Rose: “ Oh, um. Then…why are you so much older than her?”
“ Because I was born first,” the herpetologist muttered somewhat testily.[/quote] I just love the perfect balance between Monty's bluntness and cleverness.[/i] ;D Jo experiencing guilt as a result of having Monty's children instead of Ike's was both moving and rational. Although I've never been in her situation, it's obvious that those who have are apt to experience feelings like this. Congratulations to you for your ability to always write such heartfelt depictions of human emotion! Well, at least Rose thought right about something. Loved as well the "gift of privacy" line. What a beautiful phrase that is! LOL! I actually have an ASoUE OC named Damien. XD This line provides a nice recap of the first chapter, of how Monty's friends urged him not to get involved with Josephine. It's nice to see that they appear to have changed their tune about her, though. I also liked the interaction between Kit and Jo, who now seems to have made her second friend. *laughs* I was under the initial impression that the woman in the sponge cake was someone Jacques and Kit had hired. But when I read the bit about "the distinctive Canadian accent" I knew at once who the cake lady was! I was a bit surprised at first by R's...*ahem*...lack of clothing in front of all the party-goers. But then when I understood the reason why she'd done what she did, I was in absolute admiration. I liked, too, the mentions of her feelings of not being beautiful or smart enough, which are issues I myself struggle with, so it was comforting to see them reflected in the heart of a fictional character. And how nice that Monty and R have a common ground with their dyspraxia! I remember you mentioned somewhere once that R is dyspraxic - it just never occurred to me to connect hers and Monty's "gifts" until I read this chapter. I half expected Jo to blow her top during Monty's conversation with R! Thank goodness that Jo isn't the jealous type. Really wonderful chapter, Beth! The result was definitely worth the time it took you to write it. ^^

Thank you, thank you very much! I actually like the name Damien XD Well, you might not see the next few chapters for a while. I'm having a little bit of a break. Grr, just when I started writing about her labour!

I just love, love, love, your story, the idea that Josphine Anwhistle is having twins, they should name them Margarette-Girl and teach her good manners, because in Greek Margarette means a pearl, and the boy should be something awesome, haven't got a name but I'll figure one out, anyways, I love how Kit and Josephine make the bet on who gets the first baby, hilarious. XD

Thank you, thank you very much! You are very, very welcome! ^^ Yes, I do too. It's a nice name. I am sorry to hear that. If it helps, the same thing never fails to happen to me, following an extensive writing burst. I'm sure it won't be long until you recover, though. Just focus on something else for a bit, like another story or video. BTW, speaking of videos, I recently came across a song that made me think of Jonty, which I'll send you a link to later. I remember you mentioning that your well of songs for those two was running a bit dry. ^^ And I agree that Margaret is a great name! Maybe she can be the great-granddaughter of Jo and Monty?

I would like to listen to it. What is it? You know, I'm thinking of making a video with Sally's Song from The Nightmare Before Christmas, which has to be one of my top favourite films of all time But I'm not sure if I should use the original from the film by Catherine O'Hara or Amy Lee's 2008 cover. Hmm...But I'm also tempted to make it with Justice Strauss for obvious reasons
