colette: It's cool that Violet is a fan of Twilight. I enjoyed those books, too, and thought the movie was good (I've only seen the first one). Seymour Glass: I did not know that about Liam Aikan! However, I did hear that, before the first film was released, that J.K. Rowling wanted all of the actors and actresses to be British. I told my mother this when she commented on how Frankie Muniz of Malcolm in the Middle would probably play Harry.

Nothing could ever surpass ASoUE for me, either - although it's an even tie with V.C. Andrews' The Dollanganger Saga and My Sweet Audrina. Marcia Davenport's My Brother's Keeper also falls into the category of My Favorite Books. I heard that some people had a lot of negative things to say about Twilight, before I started reading the books. But I wanted to judge for myself. And, what do you know, I ended up liking them.

Aww, I like Margaret. And how awesome that she shares a birthday with David Bowie! Nothin' more exciting than having the same birthday as one of your idols/crushes. Aww, that IS cute! Depending on his exact age, Alexander would have had to play either Toby or Sir Didymous. Still, the latter would be a bit difficult to pull off, without the presence of a large dog. BTW, this interview just reminded me of the complete set of Labyrinth Marvel comics I bought when I was fourteen at a sci-fi/fantasy vending show. I still have them. I heard there's a manga, too, except instead of Sarah, Toby is the main character.

Oh, I've heard about the manga! I only saw the film for the first time a few days ago, but since then, I've been watching it everyday! In 1986, Alexander and Amy both would've been eight years old, so yeah. He would be Toby

Yes, it is a wonderful film. I remember watching it with my parents for the first time when I was four or five. Then, when I saw it again at fourteen, I absolutely loved it. I even recorded it off the Disney Channel, and kept the tape for years.
And that's cute that Alexander would be Toby! ^^

Grace Squalor is such a pretty name (I like her middle name, too). And how fortunate for her that she is Jerome's niece. George sounds absolutely lovely! I like the idea of his deceased wife bearing a resemblance to Vivian Lee, whom I've always thought of as very beautiful. She actually reminds me of the way I picture Esme, especially as a teenager.

I think Fiona is really the only character in my ficverse to not listen to music. Being big into music myself, it's kind of hard for me to imagine not liking it.

Hehe. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but Thursday Caliban's lifestyle mirrors that of Bill Henrickson's from Big Love, one of my favorite television series. ;D
