I don't think we've ever had an interview thread related to medical questions before, so here it is. BTW I couldn't think of many questions, but I think I've got a good variety.
1. What is your full name?
2. How old are you?
3. What is your diet like? Do you eat healthily?
4. Do you exercise? If so, how much a day?
5. Do you drink alcohol? If so, how often?
6. Do you smoke? If so, how much do you smoke a day?
7. Have you taken drugs? If so, what did you take and how much?
8. Do you have a family history of cancer?
9. Do you have a family history of heart conditions?
10. Do you have a family history of mental illness?
11. Do you have any allergies?
12. Do you have a medical or mental condition?
13. Do you have to take any medication?
14. Have you ever broken any bones?
15. Have you ever needed to have an operation?
16. Have you or your partner ever had a miscarriage?
For my example, I'll be doing Monty-Moo.
1. What is your full name?
Montgomery Mortimer Montgomery, sir! But please, just call me Monty.
2. How old are you?
I'm fifty seven years young!
3. What is your diet like? Do you eat healthily?
Well, I'm somebody who can eat anything. My fat tummy proves it! But I can't say I have a good diet.
4. Do you exercise? If so, how much a day?
Nuh-uh! Can't stand exercise! You can't catch me working out at the gym at the crack of dawn every morning! Nuh-uh! No, sirree Bob!
5. Do you drink alcohol? If so, how often?
Not as often as you would think. I usually drink when I'm with my friends every few weeks or so. Not that often!
6. Do you smoke? If so, how much do you smoke a day?
Eww, no! Cigarette smoke stinks!
7. Have you taken drugs? If so, what did you take and how much?
*Ahem* Well, I was very young at the time and I was stupid! It was part of a science experiment I was doing for college. I wanted to find out how pot affects dyspraxic people. And seeing as I was the only dyspraxic person in my class, I had to be my very own guinea pig! I limited myself to smoking a few joints every few month or so.
8. Do you have a family history of cancer?
Yes, yes, unfortunately. My older sister died from breast cancer when she was forty-nine.
9. Do you have a family history of heart conditions?
Both my mom and my dad had heart problems.
10. Do you have a family history of mental illness?
Not really. I mean, I have dyspraxia, but I wouldn't label that as a mental illness.
11. Do you have any allergies?
Nope!
12. Do you have a medical or mental condition?
Yep, I am a proud dyspraxic. I also have traits from ADHD and Asperger's, but it's all part of the dyspraxia. It's awesome!
13. Do you have to take any medication?
Not at the moment, no, though I do occasionally take painkillers for migraines and such. I used to take tablets for my cholesterol a few years back, but I'm off that now. And before I was diagnosed with dyspraxia, I was prescribed take a truck-load of concentration pills and stuff. It was horrible.
14. Have you ever broken any bones?
Yes, a few! I've broken a couple of ribs, a few fingers, my foot and my arm. I even NEARLY broke my bum once! LMAO!
15. Have you ever needed to have an operation?
Yes, when I had my appendix out.
16. Have you or your partner ever had a miscarriage?
Nope. Luckily, my girlfriend and I have two healthy twin babies!
