Good day, everyone. As you may know, Twistedbrain was recently impersonated in the saybox, and this upsetted her greatly. Read more about it here. After her first couple of accusations were proved wrong, she decided that their was only one other person who could've done it: Klaus19, now known as 'FMA Adicted'. As her legal advisor, I've made this thread. I'd like to invite her to make her opening accusation. I'd also like to invite a staff member to be the judge in the case. If the judge sees fit to appoint a jury, so be it. Otherwise, we'd be just as happy to just accept his/her verdict. NOTE: The first staff member to post in here who'd like to be the judge in this case will get the position.

Well, saybox isn't much to go on. We can't prove anything hard-core, except with confessions, and seeing as this is the internet, and we can't really get punished, lots of people will confess...probably.

*sound of gavel banging*
Although I've been asked to be a judge, I'm not sure how well I can participate, as I'll be leaving(pretty much all day) fairly soon. But here's my advice on this matter: Is there some way to check IP numbers in the Saybox? If so, we should have Tragedy do that, so as to prove whether or not Klaus19 is really posting as "Twistedbrain". And if she is, she may need a strike or warning for it. While I wouldn't be entirely surprised if Klaus19 were behind this impersonation, I'm not sure why she'd have something against Twistedbrain in particular.
Sometimes I think we'd be best off removing the saybox entirely--it was supposed to be a kind of test run or something, and it seems to be causing more harm than good with all the harrassment and impersonation and such.

There is a way to check IPs of the saybox. And, she, if she did do it, may have a personal grudge against me because of jacktripper, but that's another story.

Well, there's no established rule about the saybox...so it would be kinda unjust to just hand out punishments without any kind of warning.

Please outline what you believe to be her motives, Tess.
To PJ:That's why I think this trial is so important. The verdict will, in effect, set the standard for saybox-related maters; like which, if any, forum rules and ethics are applicable on the saybox.

Well someone should bring this thread to the attention to Klaus19 for starters. And also any other suspects.

My client and I would like to apologize for causing any durss to Klaus19. Due to newly-revealed information, the circumstances have changed somewhat. We have a new defendant; the thread for that trial should be made soon. Could this thread please be locked?

Nora said she wouldn't be here for the majority of today. You might wanna PM one of the DDs or swans/Derik.
