Aww, capybaras are adorable! One time I went to this park with a big lake in Villarrica and they were EVERYWHERE with their little babies and the babies would alternate between following their mommies around and following me and my friends around. They were so gentle and cute and felt like guinea pigs. I loved every single one.

Also, ticks freak the hell out of me. When I was nine I went on a hiking trip and found a big tick on my leg. I freaked out so much that I started hyperventilating and fainted.

My dad almost died from anaphylactic shock resulting from a tick bite. So that was scary.

My dad almost died from anaphylactic shock resulting from a tick bite. So that was scary. Wow, I have never had one, but after one walk somewhere we found 42 ticks on my dog. I'm allergic to mosquito bites (I have no idea if these are real mosquitoes, because we only call them that when they're exotic and dangerous and I mean the normal ones that normally just make little itchy things. And I also don't know if in English they sting or bite.) My hand can get twice as fat because of one of those, but I'm not scared of it, to be honest I quite like it.

I think you mean common gnats. Hate those f*ckers. Mosquitoes too. Not just their bites, but also when they fly really close to your ear at night when you're trying to sleep.

True, I guess I just meant other pets. Oh God, I remember those when I was in Brazil. That's something I didn't like about my stay there. I remember New York also having many cockroaches, but not flying ones. There was this one lady in Rio De Janeiro who had a big fancy hairdo and one time one of these roaches flew right into it and got caught in the hair. You guys don't have flying roaches over there?! Lucky bastards. Those things are legit evil. You can see it in their eyes.

We call them midges too. And in one place I know of, the town is colloquially named Open Sores due to the large amount of midges and mosquitoes that live there.
