Well, 10 was a hyperbole. My point was, there are a lot of people with the same name in similar situations who we can't be sure have anything to do with each other. I've been rereading Adverbs recently, and I'm beginning to think that all the Andreas may actually be the same, except the one in 'Barely', who explicitly refers to 'the other Andrea', her ex-roommate. It's a bit like the two Beatrices: Lemony tried to confuse us by saying Beatrice wasn't just one person, but in fact, while there was another Beatrice, the one we had been hearing about throughout the series was one person. Not sure about the Joes - the man whom everyone loves in 'Collectively' isn't really called Joe: the others may be all the same, but maybe not. Adverbs really needs to be read in a detective spirit in the same way that the Snicket books are, but it doesn't seem to have been, at least not here. I am still planning a DH Adult Books reread some day, but it never seems to be the case both that I have the time and that there is nothing else preoccupying people at 667. By the way, Adverbs contains a definite TB8 reference, supporting the hypothesis that all DH's books are linked together - though I'm afraid I discovered this through Wikipedia.

I keep on meaning to reread it and compile a chart connecting everything up together, in terms of characters and chronology... but again, it's having the time. I've no idea when I could.
