Alas, true.
Maybe I will sing my song with my awful caterwauling. I tried to sound like Stephen Merritt; but my voice isn't that bass. It's called 'File Under.'

Well the 8th is soon and the contest closes. I wish all of you on the forums the best of luck; I've seen some great work. If you get autographed volumes; you are truly privileged!

I'm assuming the contest includes today, so there are still some hours left for any last-minute entries and edits. Good luck, all. (And use the Edit button for multiple consecutive posts within about twenty-four hours, please.)

Now we will probably have to wait a month for the winners!

Three weeks tops, I'd have thought; I would imagine they would want those signed editions, particularly of ?3, to go out in time to arrive on the release date. Three weeks seems like long enough to choose and contact winners and sort out their prizes.

True,
Well, it has been fun. Hopefully they will not choose just wonderful art; hopefully originality counts! Haha.

They've got thirteen winners to pick; I'm reasonably confident they won't select thirteen near-identical images. Let us take this moment to reflect, though, on the great variety this contest has produced. Whoever in Hachette cooked up this idea took a gamble, and it paid off in droves.

They're lucky.

And that's all she wrote. I like to wish everyone the best of luck! No matter what; I'll be buying 3; autographed or not on release date.

It's unfortunate that I didn't have the time to polish my entry at all; I was away for the last week and just came back yesterday. I basically produced it in under an hour, but I guess it's my fault for not having it done earlier.
Best of luck to everyone else here, though! I've seen some impressive contributions up on tumblr.

Thanks. Yours is nice too. Considering there's supposed to be 13 winners in the end, I'm sure there's gonna be more than a couple of 667ers chosen.
