Haha- my dad once signed up for a party store sample thing, and we got a little over a million tiny stuffed dogs delivered to us. Ever wonder why they divorced?

I just received notification that my postal club membership was accepted(!), along with various enclosures.  The package.  The enclosed note.  The reverse side of the enclosed note. (An excerpt from the Netflix pilot?)  The book.  The literary magazine.  The poem. |

So DH has cut up a part of the script and sent the pieces to his newfound associates? I'm ridiculously excited about that, even though I never got around to applying. I hope a few more will be making their way to 667. It would be kind of thrilling to see a few consecutive ones!

Hi Olivine, thanks for reporting to us! I hoped that other club members would receive different script scraps, and there we are. I see they're sticking to the "Hello, hello, hello" from the movie. And I was first starting to worry when reading the "too ridiculous to be truly terrifying", but was quickly appeased by the "but also too terrifying to be truly ridiculous."

i got mine today too. the book i got was Scenes From Village Life by Amos Oz. i wonder, could this club be selective enough that only 13 people got packages—one copy of each of his favorite 2015 books? also, i apparently got the short end of the script chopping. the sheet is blank except for a (CONT'D) in the bottom right corner  |

But seriously, I'm glad at least two 667ers are in this club, and I hope they'll always post which books (and other stuff) they got. That way others could maybe look up the books and decide for themselves if they want to get them. The only reason I didn't apply for the club membership (yet?), really, is that I'd feel bad if I ended up not reading one of the books I received.
