Good evening, candidates.
I thought I would give you a bit of extra time in which to digest the rules of this next task before kicking into action tomorrow.
The next task will use some very different - but no less important - buisness skills. For this task each team will be given a 'shopping list' of items. You must locate these items (in the real world) and take photographic evidence of your discovery. You don't need to be in the pictures, and nor do you need to purchase the items, though you can do those things if you do so wish. The shopping list will be the same for each team. Each item is worth a different value, and its up to you to interpret how I have valued them.
For the first part of the task, each team will have 24 hours in which to allocate different items to different members of the team. Once an item has been allocated, only that person can claim that item for their team. The items can be divided between the team in whatever you choose. Organisation is key here. Before this inital 24 hours are over the PM must PM me who has been allocated each item.
You will then have 72 hours to locate the items. Team members should PM their images direct to me as soon as they can, because if both teams manage to find all 12 items, whichever team completes the list first will recieve bonus points.
At the end of the task, whichever team has the most points will win.
I will be posting the shopping lists at 8am BST tomorrow, and you will then have 24 hours to allocate the items amongst yourselves.
Make sense?

This task is inspired by me shopping every time we have a Zoom meeting and there's nothing you can say to change my mind

I should say (If I haven't already) that the PMs should be emailing me their breakdowns of which member has been assigned which items, rather than posting them publicly.
Just over 12 hours left.

So now that I have recieved both teams allocations, I'm going to reveal an additional rule - If a team memeber is unable to fulfill an allocation, then another member is able to find the item on their behalf - but they will only recieve half the number of points. If two team members submit an item, whichever was submitted first will be the only item counted.

So, before I reveal the results, I want to ask each team a few questions
- How weel do you think you've done in this task? - How did you allocate the iteams to each other? - What items on the list did you find the most confusing?

As Semby said, we did really good. We had a good way of working together, we divided items evenly and everyone chose what they wanted. I have no idea what a klosh is but I didn't bother googling it either tbh.

- How weel do you think you've done in this task? very weel - How did you allocate the items to each other? There was a bit of first come first serve, but this worked out for us. As the others said we went by accessibility. We determined what we definitely could and couldn't get, and divided from there. - What items on the list did you find the most confusing? I wanted to get a pic of a real human skeleton so bad but I would have had to break the law and my own moral code so that was emotionally confusing. and duh, klosh. once you said no clarifying questions I was like okay, so best klosh wins. and I am confident our klosh is best
