We must have a British meeting or something. I've said it many times: Speakerboxx James Kimia Dante Ennui (Scotland, right? That could be hard...) Aimee Amber Jack-Jack + Spok (My best friends, they'd probably come. Yay) Anyone have any ideas? Worry not. My mother's Scottish, and I don't have a drop of English blood, but a quirk of fortune has meant that I've lived all my life in Oxford...

I have family in Oxford. How convenient.
Hey, do you support Oxford United? I go to their games sometimes *hint*

Anyone have any ideas? I wouldn't be allowed to go somewhere unless it was near, or near somewhere that we were already going to. Well, it's basically impossible for me to go anywhere, so unless you're all prepared to turn up in my village sometime when my parents aren't home, then I'd have to sit this out, and brood.

Heh. How annoying. Places I'm going to: Oxford at some point. (family) Ivinghoe, near Ayelsbury (family) Brean (holiday) France (holiday) Possibly Edinburough (sp?) There's a JK Rowling competion that I'm entering, but I somehow doubt I'll win.

In answer to your question, Dupin, I nominally support Chelsea, because my brother used to swing me about upside down until I agreed to do so. In actual fact, I really don't care about football, though I have a vague feeling of goodwill towards Scottish teams in general...
I don't suppose you could find some pretext to visit the Ashmolean Museum? I live almost next door to it...

Places I'm going. - That about sums it up, but I could go most places, but it's best to ask when my mother is in a good mood, she just shouted at me to get off of the phone, when I wasn't using it. Stupid woman. *grrrgh* Yeah, as long as I'm back withing the space of a day then I'm fine, I'd have to make up some fake arrangements but I'm fine. Edit; I don't suppose you could find some pretext to visit the Ashmolean Museum? I live almost next door to it... Ah, a meeting place! It can be done, if I start woking out a foolproof plan, to tell my parents.

If only I could visit you...But my family couldn't afford that, and we generally just don't like to travel. Here's what might happen: Me: Can we go to England? Parents: *long list of reasons why not* I wish to meet you, so much. Let's keep in touch somehow, even after the series is over and 667 gets deserted. Assuming it gets deserted, of course; it might not. Or we might be the only ones remaining...Anyway, you get the point.

Parents: *long list of reasons why not* Yeah, it's similar for me. Me: Can we go to an obscure and allegedly bland town in California? Parents: *long list of reasons why not* *confront me as to why I'm asking* *assume that it's something to do with Internet friends* *give me a long lecture about the safety of meeting people you know through the Internet* *ban me from Internet* Naturally, yes. I intend to hang around here for a long time after the series is over - although that's partially because I won't have much else to do. And I'll certainly keep in touch. Always.

Indeed. I said I'd stick to the end on a thread started by Derik a while back...but I can't go beyond the end. We'll have to frenziedly exchange e-mails. Or found our own board for general discussion, literary stuff, and writing...

I think it was in New York, Cel. I wonder if you're close enough to meet J and M. *rage*
I've been trying to get my parents to take me to New York for the longest time. I've decided when I turn 18 that I'm going to go on a big road trip. I guess that has nothing to do with this topic.. I could meet 667'ers on my trip. Maybe.
Kate and I don't live that far from each other. Apparently we're in the same town quite often. I want to randomly run into her somewhere because thats more romanticized than arranging a time and place to meet.

I second that. Even when ASoUE has been draw to its conclusion and its every aspect discussed to death, I'll stay on 667 and keep in touch with you. And if 667 itself vanishes, there's always e-mail or other forums.

The board will most likely die shortly after everything is finnished. I just need to make sure I keep in touch with all the people I talk to on AIM. I don't think that will be too hard.
