I wouldn't say I'm anti-social. I can be outgoing if I want, but sometimes I'd rather not talk to anyone for a while. Some people in our school are idiots and I'd rather not talk to them at all.

Hmm.. Well, around friends I talk a little bit more but i'm still too shy to be loud and have fun like they do. Regularly, like in school i'm silent. Really. People didn't know i could even talk until sixth grade. In Spanish this year, we had to pick partners and make up like a skit in spanish that we would do infront of the class. (i don't know anybody there.) So.. i couldn't find a partner and she let me make the skit on my own, but i didn't have to preform it infront of the class. I was preparing to be laughed at, because i suck at going infront of the class, but she just didn't make me. I don't think any of the kids noticed i didn't go up there either. I guess she figured out how much i hate going infront of people. It just made me feel better *shrugs* I guess its just easier to talk on the internet. But even then, i regret on posting/sending everything i write.

Is there an in-between? I can be Anti- Social and Social, a lot, but, on the other hand, I guess I'd put myself in the category of Social....I do talk a lot. ;D But it depends what you talk about.. Here's a useful word for you: Ambivert. It means partly introverted and partly extroverted.

no...but it's just so much fun... i wish we could just forget it all happaned and i could walk up to you and hug you once more like nothing has happened, but i can't afford to battle the restraining order, this is the obnly way i'm allowed to speak to you, on a forum like this, where no-one would suspect the truth of what really went on... Don't you feed me lines about some idealistic future Your heart won't heal right if you keep tearing out the sutures...Maybe someday, Samuel. But not today. :"(

Me too. At school or other social environments I'm very quiet, but with my friends I'm very open. Usually with "new" people I am very quiet. Then when I get to know them and I feel confident enough I'm more open.

And if you believe in dreams Or what is more important That a dream can come true I will met you
I was peaking But it hasn't happened yet I haven't been given My best souvenir I miss you But I haven't met you yet I know your habits but wouldn't recognize you yet
And if you believe in dreams Or what is more important That a dream can come true I miss you

i can be a VERY social person. i just choose not to be.
my grand parents actually worry about the fact that i go for days without going out of the house. i have almost not friend in what most consider "real life", almost all of those who can stand me are from the internet. my dad thinks i have no life, and he's probably right. i go months without seeing any of my friends, you know, in physical form. but i talk to other friends all the time on the net.
its not that i cant be social. its just that i dont want to.
with my friends, though, (which are only like, ten different people, no joke. ive got close to no friends) its hard to shut me up.
around my town, there is almost no one worth being social with. i would prefer not to speak to people who tell the entire school's population that im gay, although they know good and well that im not. i dont like having conversations with those who tell me that they are my friends, but then talk about what a "freak" i am when they think i'm out of ear shot. i really dont want to talk to a hypocritical, superficial, stereotyping, rumor-passer, rumor-starter jerk face, and those types of people populate 99 percent of my school. whats so wrong about not wanting to be around them?
i, in general, dont like people. sorry world, but hey. thats me for you.
like i said.
its not that i cant be social. its just that i dont want to.

I dont either, and it happened all the time last year, and everyone though I was a 'freak' because I was gothic. It was really annoying. i really dont want to talk to a hypocritical, superficial, stereotyping, rumor-passer, rumor-starter jerk face, and those types of people populate 99 percent of my school. Smae with my school. I hope my new school this year wont be like that, but I highly doubt it.

Everyone says I'm a goth. I would love to be, seriously, it would rock SO hard. But I'm not. I don't know what I am. I'm a mix of a lot of things. Anyway, because they think I'm a goth, you know how the dressing in black thing is automatically associated with satan? Well because I wear a fair bit of black I'm suddenly a satan worshiper. And that is another reason why they think I'm a "freak". (I'm not the freak. They are.)
I demand to see who wrote the rules of society.

My name is Transit! Transit, I say! Or Sic! Or Gloria! BWHAHA!!!
The rules of my school are as follows:
If you do not wear clothing so tight that your butt is about to burst out of your pants, and your chest looks about ten times bigger than it really is, something is wrong with you. If you prefer music with actual meaning and respect to it, something is wrong with you. If you hang around that little weird girl [my name here], something is wrong with you. If you dare show your friends the slightest loyalty, something is wrong with you. If you are not superficial and cruel, something is wrong with you. If you chose to be different from the mass, something is wrong with you. If you do well in school, something is wrong with you. If you don't pass rumors that you KNOW are not true, something is wrong with you. If you don't care what the heck others have to say, something is wrong with you. If your shoes are to everyone's liking, something is wrong with you. If you are not a narrow-minded prat, something is wrong with you. If you wear black, something is wrong with you. And last but not least, if you are that "gay" little freak [my name here,] something is wrong with you.
according to these rules, something is really really wrong with me.
