Can you believe this girl killed her parents with an axe?
I read this poem:
Little Lizzy Had An Axe
And Gave Her Mother Forty Whacks
Then After That, When She Was Done
She Gave Her Father Forty-One
I found it hilarious, as I fing those kinda things. Then my teacher said it was true! Is it? Or was my teacher just being her sad little self?

I knew that. I used to sing it all the time in 3rd grade. Yes, it's true. There's a whole story, but I am lazy, and don't feel like telling it.
Except the version I sang went like, "Lizzie Borden had an axe, gave her mother 40 wacks and when she found out what she'd done she gave her father 41." Close enough though.

Yeah. I thought it was true, cause my piano teacher said so too.

Well, there's no actual proof Lizzie Borden actually did it. IT's just widely accepted as true. I remember that her mother was in the bedroom and her father was laying on the couch. I can't remember if they ever found the axe or not...it might have been in the basement. I remember something about a basement...
But I guess that's not important...
