Hum...a little late, but I agree, Trag is, above all else, a fair and democratic leader. I didn't really see anything unfair about all of this...

Tragedy is a kind, and fair admin. He chose 2 very worthy candiates for the mod position. I feel that was fair.

Everyone gripes about whoever's in charge... it happens everywhere, and it's understandable that it's happening here. There's no way there could be a perfect leader... but keeping this in mind, I'm really impressed at how well Tragedy does. He does his best, and the boards are essentially a happy place.
And think about it... everyone who Tragedy considered would have been a great moderator, right? We can trust him to choose a good moderator, even if you don't think it's the best person possible for the job.

I'm delivering little notes of love, and you should see some of the PM's I receive! They yell at me when I won't tell them who sent the clues and when I tell them to PM the person they think it is you'd think I told them to lay an egg. I can't just tell you who sent the clues because there are a lot of PM's to send out (over 100 have been sent), and it's hard to keep things straight. Plus hello, it's anonymous! It would defeat the purpose and I'd break the Cupid code. I can't do that. |

Well, I guess I'm a bit late to put my two cents in also. I've been lurking on this thread (but not posting, due to the threat of the library nazis) for the past few days and I actually thought about whether this would be the same thread without the big cheese for a few hours. It takes real strength of character to keep peace, set and enforce rules fairly, quash insurrections, settle disputes, and listen to anyone who has a bone to pick. Though there has been a mistake or two, nobody should accuse targ of being unfair. Not even if they possess superb debate skills. There will probably be another chance for Fife and others to be a mod. again, so whether he was right or wrong not to include Pandora and Violet in the candidate dirt topic, it really isn't a big deal. Just lay off him, a'ight Kobolos?
