I infected my finger once. Woo. I've also started biting my cuticles and the skin around my nails, because I fun out of nail. I'm trying to stop... I gave up nail biting for lent.

I haven't bit my nails since I joined, but now I bite my sweatshirt strings. I just can't win with my biting habits.

I haven't bitten my nails in a week. But I've started trying to bite the calluses off of my fingers from my Oboe-playing, because of how the instrument is held..... Dupin, try to hold something small in your hands, or find a small stone and use it as a "worry stone" of sorts. That helps me a lot, because it keeps my hands busy.
