Am I a bad person?? The reason for this question is that talking to one of my sisters just pisses me off, even if she's trying to be nice to me, the things that she tries to talk to me about seam stupid, immature and offensive. Also, do you people think htat it;s okay for parents to have a favorite child?? My mom admitted that my sister that doesn't piss me off is her favorite daughter, I know that this sound corny and babyish, but, it hurt my fealings!! My mom is also very annoying because she always accuses me of shaving my eyebrows because she thinks that after I tweaze, my eyebrow hair isn't supposed to grow back or something or it's supposed to grow long in a day. It's very annoying because it will be short and stubbley but that's because I haven't tweazed in a while.

At least your mother thinks you're smart swans. Once I asked to my mother "Do you actually care when my youngest brother talks to you about Yugioh?" and she said "No, I only nod and seem excited like when you talk me about your orphans books." I was like "WHAAAAAAAAT! You've been faking being interested in what I'm saying".

I hate it when parents do that. Except my mom has read ASOUE. And it may seem horrible, but I am my moms favorite child. But my brother is my dads, I think. And don't you hate when your parents talk about you in front of you?

My parents don't talk about me in front of me, at least not often. My mother just complains about me w/ my grandmother but I'm one of my Grandma's fav grandsons so it's ok.

My mum gives orders as such: "Are you studying? You know, [the neighbor kids] always study." "Did you do your homework? The teacers called and said that you never do your homework and [insert preppy girl] always does." (Even though the teachers never called and they would never mention names  ) |

lol, whaaaaaaaaat? You don't over tweeze do you? Maybe you should wax? That usually lasts longer than tweezing. I hardly do!! just the stray hairs. My mom just hates me and loves my sister and likes to embarass me in front of my dad. |

I hate that too, my father used to tell me "We're going to a party/dinner/... you should wear nice clothes. Look at my friends' sons all of them wear good clothes." And I just said "If your friends' sons jumped off a cliff should I?"

I'm glad DarkPhoenix is back, we missed him  Though he is still a guy, and therefore by nature insensitive  Hehe... It stinks how parents choose favorites and everything  I'm lucky to have parents that treat both me and my sister pretty equally. I do, however, highly dislike it when my mom lectures me on my social life. I go to rehearsal all afternoon and have constant interaction with at least 20 other people backstage, and she tells me that I NEVER talk to people... mer... |

Well, I'm going to join this conversation too.
I hate that when you get compared to someone better than you. Me and a friend of mine used to be the two smartest kids at school. We were equal until we started high school, and I started to lag behind....way behind. Now my Mum never misses an excuse to compare me to him, and why I should study and care about school as much as he does. It really gets on my nerves. I know he's better than me now, and I don't mind that, but it gets annoying when your Mum won't let you forget it.
