I would probably say that I am "a bit of an overthinker", especially when it comes to making small irrelevant decisions. The truth is that I am actually a potato ing massive overthinker and unable to make those decisions at all. I solve (or bypass) this problem by having systems in place for most everyday things, like using a first in first out system for the clothes in my wardrobe, having similar lunches on the same day each week or rolling a dice to decide what flavour of tea I'm having.

I think my biggest weakness is that I have a dubious and fickle personality in some ways. Sometimes I feel like there's a monster inside of me just pushing me to do things in a selfish and manipulative way. And it moves me to act or speak without regard to the feelings of others.  Sometimes this monster manifests itself in decisions I later regret.

I actually really hate perfectionism and if I was interviewing someone and they said they were a perfectionist I would definitely not hire them.

It also shows such a lack of self analysis, because it's such a stock response and shows they have not really thought further beyond their weaknesses

aware this is kind of an iteration of perfectionism, but what I mean is that my planning sometimes makes me miss last minute/spontenous chances to do something a bit differently or try something new due to being a bit too single-minded on one thing
