Then just take the URL of the picture and put it in the appropriate field in your profile.

Here's what I do:
I right click on an image and choose "add to favorites", then go to the resulting page that has the image alone and the adress ending with jpg or gif.
However, not all images work. I had a couple avatars that just wouldn't work, as if I was barred from taking the site's pictures.
