And BSam, I turned 11 today. No longer am I ten!! happy birthday... you should be interested in these now *hands over some boobs* ok...maybe not... it should make no diference, if you aren't interested in them the day before your 11th b-day, then why should you be on the day you turn 11... wait til your hormones kick in more or something... it won't happen overnight, but it should happen... |

My idea of beauty is kind of strange for other people. I like very feminine (sp?) looking guys. Such as: Brian Molko, the singer/guitar player of the band Placebo ( www.placeboworld.co.uk ) and Davey Havok the lead singer of AFI (website in sig). I guess it`s because they aren`t afraid to be themselves. My veiw on plastic surgery is if you really need it, do it, but if you want bigger boobs or a nose job, it`s just dumb. |

I don't really have "beauty standards," if you know what I mean. Sometimes a new girl just comes to school, and I like the way she looks, and I get to know her and she's really nice, and funny, and what do you know...

My opinions:
There is inner beauty and wordly beauty.
Inner beauty is the one that actually matters. How are as a person, not based on your looks.
Wordly beauty is the one that we usually mistake as the one that matters: that we have to be as skinny as models, have to wear next-nothing-in-style clothing to be cool. Its the beauty that brings on self conciousness, low self esteem, and jealousy. I'll have these moments where Im perfectly content with my not stick skinny body, my not so in style clothing and then I step outside and Im hounded with things telling me Im ugly just because Im not like the girls on TV. And then I fall back into my old dark pit of self hate. And it sucks. I dont care if thats just how the rest of the world thinks and theres nothing anyone can do about it. Its wrong.

I think everyone is beautiful, in a certain way. Everyone has little things about them that are beautiful. Everyone has imperfections, but imperfections add character. Anyway, I LOVE femine-looking boys, with long hair.
