Self-explanatory. How big of a dork are YOU? Left to right, top to bottom: Bad Beginning Rare Edition, entire series hardcover NA versions, Reptile Room audiobook, Hostile Hospital audio CD (not pictured: my Bad Beginning and Carnivorous Carnival audiobooks, because I can't find them and I think they're missing tapes anyway ;____;). I also have the calendar and the Perilous Parlor Game, as well as the ASOUE shirt. Pins include (top to bottom left to right, will take a better picture later): black and yellow STOP SNICKET!, Please Don't Ask Me About Lemony Snicket, red LS logo, Oct. 29 2002 Lemony Snicket Day, black and green STOP SNICKET!, and Count Olaf. I got them from my mom, who works at Borders and gets awesome promos. I want to end up getting all the audio CDs, as well as the ASOUE original sound track when it comes out. It'll have all the songs from the books.

My friend has all of that stuff, so i guess i am a REALLY big dork. Well, I know I am, cause everyone calls me a geek and a nerd and stuff, but I don't have a lot ASOUE stuff, and it's not even close to all of that. Wow, you have a lot o' stuff, hehe. ;D I played the game before, it was pretty fun. I'm gonna get all of that someday...

I have all those items except for the shirt and some of the audiobooks. The badges my mom ordered from EBAy(as well as a magnet set), but I think they're a different set. I also own the 8-Ball, the binder, and the Blank Book. So if you go by item count, I'm at least as much of a Snicket dork as you are. And I have a commonplace notebook, a day-planner with the VFD insignia upon it. Painted it there myself. As for the parlorgame, the most fun I had with it was modifying rules and bringing in new characters(cardboard henchmen). I haven't played it in long time.

Haha, I had the idea to modify it and use henchmen too. Except I can't come up with any good rule modifiers other than "Olaf can use Tragedy cards at a range of five squares away" because it's too easy to beat him.
Oh right, I also have the 8-ball, my friend bought it for me. Can't find that either.
I want to get the Japanese books someday, just for the artwork (and bragging rights).

What's special about the art in the Japanese books? Is it different than the art in the books in other languages?

My collection: TBB (UK) TBB:RE (US) TRR (UK) TWW (UK) TMM(UK) TAA(UK) TEE(US) TEE(UK) TVV(US) TVV(UK) THH(US) THH(UK) TCC(US) TCC(UK) TSS(US) LSUA(US) Calander
That's about it really...the reason I have some books twice is because I wanted the books from the US, when they were not out in the UK yet-but I wanted to have all of the UK versions, so they would all go together. And we don't get half of that merchondise in England.

What's special about the art in the Japanese books? Is it different than the art in the books in other languages? Hell yeah it's different. Lemme go get the links from Kinokuniya. Here, books one through five. I lost the link to the sixth one.

Luna's geekery kicks my geekery's sorry bum. I have all the books minus 6 and 4 and the rare edition. I have the audiobook of 2 and 2 copies of the calendar. And I bought a stuffed crow. And my friend has magnets. This is a sorry stash indeed. Most of this is due to being Canadian...
