I found this Japanese site, but it has only the American book covers. Translate it and it turns the children's last name into "board rail". I don't think it's official but I'll go look at my search results more.

Kinokuniya's where it's at. Top to bottom they're 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, and the sixth book is somewhere else.
