When i was reading from this book tonight, I though it would be great to introduce these sayings into this world, so you and you'r families can enjoy them. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. i will psot one each day for the next 365 days. ;D
Thought by thought, you can change your outlook and your attitude. Thought by thought, you can change your life.
When more love, understanding, and harmony are needed in a family, it's really a change of heart by the individusld that is needed. I pray for a change-- not to change the other people in my family, but for wisdom to realize that the only person I am responsible for changing or am able to change is me. I can be the one to bring more love, understanding, and harmony into my fmaily. i cando this through my thoughts, my words, and my actions. I prepare myself through my daily times of prayer and meditation. When I pray, I feel my vital connection with God's spirit within me. I am peaceful, and I contribute to peace to my relationships. Then somthing magical happens: The more loving and peaceful I am, the more I encourage the members of my family to express these qualities.
I bring love, understanding, and harmony to my relationships with my family. -By: Martha Smock

Captiosus: Oh no! Not the Chritains! J: What are Chritains, anyway? Some sort of crustacean? Captiosus: I think it's the miniature form of a papaya or something. J: Nah, that's not it. Aren't they a group of people who lived in Central America in the 1600's? Captiosus: Definately not.
