I Have Found out there Is a Book called "NIne Stories" It's By J.D. Salinger, and one of the stories is Entitled "For Esme-With Love and Squaler". REad it, It contains some clues. ;D

Yes, this topic has been discussed before, but oh well. I have read the story previously and didn't really find any clues. I read it because it was in the UA and I wanted to see if there were any connections. I didn't really see any major ones, other than Esmé had a long title (such as Ms. Squalor) and that Esmé seemed haughty in the beginning. Please post your ideas and clues you noticed.

Yes there isn't many clues. I thought there would be more. But in the Unauthorized Biography of Lemony Snicket he gives you a list of books the kids at prufrock prepatory school were supposed to read but didn't. One of those books is Ramona Quigby, in that book they mention a Beatrice. Could this be a clue?
