In the Carnivorous Carnival there was a man in the corwd during the freak show performance who had warts all over his face. Here's the passage from TCC that stated that.

The pimpled man and his mother turned around to see who had spoken..

Pimples are basically the same thing as warts, but anyhow, in TCC he had grabbed Violet, and Klaus, and he started yelling it's nice to see you, isn't it nice to see me?. Do you think he met them before? Maybe he left Count Olaf's troupe, or is still in his troupe just working undercover. Please discuss.

Technically, the man had pimples on his chin, which would look different from warts all over one's face. Pimples and warts look similar but are different. They're both nasty skin afflictions,but form differently in ways I'm not going into.
It is possible that the wart-faced man got rid of his warts except for the chin ones, and the children didn't recognise him for that and other reasons.

And even if this topic was mentioned you don't need to get an attitude, that's just uncalled for. The idea is to welcome people to this site, not scare them and make them runaway. I can post my theory if I'd like.
