Here, let us all rant and ramble about the annoying aspects of the Internet. Here are my cheif cyberannoyances:
1. Pop-ups that slide across the screen and have to be caught before being closed.
2. Those traily things that follow your cursor at certain web pages.
3. Amazon reviews that say little about the book in question but go on about some factual error therein, such as the difficulties of welding with fire tongs or the fact that a potlach is not technically violent wasting or, I don't know, the history of flying broomsticks.
4. Amazon reviews containing the phrase "You may find yourself[insert preposterous predicament related to book or film or CD being reviewed]"

Eh, the thing I despise most is random, annoying IM's from stupid people. They instant message you, ask you who you are... then will not tell you who they are. It's very, very annoying.
I also hate when there's a popup on some webpage, and EVERY SINGLE page you go to on the site has that popup. I REALLY hate that. Arg.

That's why I'm hidden. x____________x I hate it when I go emulation sites and they have--literally, I'm being serious here--at least seven popups whenever you go to a new page. It's so infuriating. It's worse when they're porn, too, and you're on a page not related to porn at all. |

I hate popups. like on some websites, they keep on coming. that really ticks me off.

I hate popups that are as large as the whole screen so that when you click the X to close them you might accidentally close your browser. Also, banner ads with porn, on otherwise clean sites. And web filters that block pages with no adult content but let through pages with aforementioned ads.

Arg. i hate the iming thing!! my friends do that to me all the time and they think theyre so funny but its like...youd make a new sn just to do that?? get a life! i also hate pop ups...we have like...5 pop up blockers and none workl my dad said its addware |
