As far as I'm aware, that's only a suspected origin; the Marie Antoinette link always seemed a little tenuous to me. I think I agree: in any case, doesn't Carmelita use it of everyone she doesn't like, not just the orphans? The word in the brazillian editions is 'bisbórria' pronnounced bees - boh - heeah
I like this word better than cakesniffers as it doesn't really mean anything and adds further absurdity into using to insult another.^^
