yes he does give things away easily in the first books but in the tenth one you can not guess right away because it does not give yoou an accurate guess.

I voted for Uncle Monty's. TEE was SOOO my favorite book, but not because of the location. I liked uncle monty's house.
I know what you mean by Snicket giving things away too early. When I told my dad to read it, I handed him the book and said "Uncle Monty dies. You find out in the third chapter" Then I went to my room to reread the sixth one

My favorite is uncle monteys house. I would like to live there. I wish that uncle montey was still alive,if he was i think that he would try his best to keep them(violet, klause and suuny)safe.

Oh and i like pps because that is where they met Duncun and Isadora. That was the most happy thing that happened to them after the day on the beach when they heard the bad news of there parents.

I liked 667. Maybe because it was so 'in'. Or maybe because I could see it well. OR maybe because I'm just glad I don't have to walk up all those steps!

those places were cool. Maybe they were even "in" by Esme's standards.

Uncle Monty's house seemed bland-normal. I guess the snakes were pretty cool though...
